Quality update: 8,700+ text fixes across five languages, plus better support replies

A sprint that ships nothing flashy but improves a lot: the interface in French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Polish was fully reviewed — over 8,700 corrections. Plus a language switcher in the lawyer portal and a reworked support-reply editor with drag-and-drop attachments and text snippets.

No new feature, but a sprint for the details: over 8,700 text fixes across five languages, a language switcher in the lawyer portal, and better tools for support replies.

Five languages fully reviewed

French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Polish — for each language every interface string (more than 11,000 text snippets per language) was checked against the German and English source. Result: more than 8,700 corrections, including a batch of garbled agent-related strings that now render cleanly in the right language again. If you use the platform in Dutch or Polish, the text is noticeably cleaner now.

Language switcher now in the lawyer portal too

Until now you could only switch languages on the consumer side. The language switcher is now available in the lawyer portal as well — useful for firms that don't work in German.

Better-formatted, faster support replies

Our support team gets a new reply editor: real rich-text formatting instead of a plain textbox, drag-and-drop attachments straight into the reply, and text snippets that auto-fill with the customer's name. A draft reply no longer gets lost when you switch between tickets, and the inbox now shows a wait-time hint for the ticket that has been open longest — so long waits happen less often.

Why it matters

Visible new features are only half the platform. The other half is making sure what already exists is correct in every language and that day-to-day work — like support — runs smoothly. That's exactly what this sprint was for.
