Case timeline

Everything that happened in the case, in one row.

Hearings, pleadings, summonses and package states appear together in time order. Deadlines still arise only in the deadline register: the timeline shows, it does not calculate.

Timeline

One list instead of many tabs

The case timeline brings hearings, pleadings, orders, summonses, expert opinions and package states together. What was filed, summoned or decided, and when, you see in one place, including items from the other side and the court.

  • An event can give rise to a deadline, but only through the deadline register, never through the timeline itself.
  • The working file includes the proceedings.

  • Hearing: oral hearing
  • Pleading: defense of the other side
  • Package state 2: for the client
  • Deadline: created only in the deadline register
Witnesses and offers of evidence

Evidence topic, witness, suggestion: you decide

You manage witnesses and experts as participants in the case. Only your firm sees the summons address; it appears neither in client views nor in search or the working file. For an evidence topic the AI can, on request, make an offer-of-evidence suggestion.

  • The suggestion is not reviewed and unconfirmed; you assess the burden of proof and the evidentiary value.
  • A suggestion arises only when you click; the price is shown beforehand.

  • Evidence topic: notice of defects was received
  • Suggestion: name a witness, refer to attachment K2
  • Status: unconfirmed, please review and adopt or discard

Clients see only what you release

Clients see released attachments and can report an attachment as missing or wrong. Search finds attachments, pleadings, events and witnesses in your cases. Beforehand you check how your client sees the case.

  • A status report never goes to the client unchecked; it becomes visible only after your release.
  • Summons addresses of witnesses stay within your firm.

  • Feedback: attachment missing or wrong
  • Summons addresses not visible
AI in the proceedings

More context, no new automation

The attachment index is available to the AI functions as context. A reply can build on what is new since the previous pleading (rejoinder delta). The AI describes photos only when you click; processing takes place in the EU, and the description is marked as not reviewed.

  • Documents you have excluded from the AI stay excluded.
  • For each case you confirm a notice before the first image description; you see the price beforehand.

  • Triggered by your click, never automatically
  • Label: described by the AI, not reviewed
  • You assess the evidentiary value

Control & safety

  • Deadlines arise only through the deadline register, never from the timeline.
  • Only your firm sees summons addresses, not the client.
  • AI outputs are not reviewed; you assess evidentiary value and burden of proof.
  • A status report goes to the client only after your release.
