Visibly traceable marking of every change in a contract — deletions struck through, insertions highlighted in colour.
A redline (also 'markup' or 'track changes') shows every contract change transparently: deleted text is struck through, new text is highlighted in colour, where appropriate with a reason in a comment. This is standard in any serious negotiation — the other side must be able to see what was changed.
