Consumer right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days without giving reasons.
For distance contracts (§ 355 BGB) and contracts concluded off-premises, consumers have 14 days to withdraw — without giving any reasons. If the withdrawal instruction is missing or defective, the period extends to up to 12 months and 14 days.
