Several cases, one overview.
Interim proceedings and main action, appeal and parallel proceedings, several clients against the same opponent: a project bundles the cases without mixing them. Each case stays separate; access and deadlines remain tied to each case.
Group cases into a project
You create a project and assign the matching cases to it. The cases keep their case numbers, parties and permissions; the project is only the common bracket and can be dissolved at any time.
- One project page with all assigned cases and their status
- Cases stay separate and can be detached again
- Case 12/26 · interim proceedings · regional court
- Case 15/26 · main action · regional court
- Case 19/26 · warranty · out of court
All deadlines and hearings in one sequence
The project page shows deadlines, follow-ups and court hearings of all cases in one order. Each entry names its case, and one click takes you to that case's deadline register.
- Overlaps between interim proceedings and main action at a glance
- No second deadline list: the source remains the deadline register
- Mon · statement · case 12/26
- Thu · oral hearing · case 15/26
- Following week · follow-up · case 19/26
Find contradictions between the cases
On your click, the cross-check places the statements of the project's cases side by side: where does the opponent state a different date in the interim proceedings than in the main action? Each finding links to its source in the respective case.
- Findings with a reference to document and case
- The latest cross-checks remain available on the project page
- Acceptance date: case 12/26 says March, case 15/26 April
- Defect list matches in both cases
- Witness named only in case 15/26
Questions across several cases
In the project chat you ask the assistant about all project cases at once. It reads in a targeted way, names the case behind each statement and sees only what you may see in the individual cases.
- Every answer names the case it comes from
- Versions of all cases side by side on the project page
- “Which defects does the opponent claim in both proceedings?”
- Read: case 12/26 (2 documents), case 15/26 (3 documents)
- Answer with sources per case
Are the cases in a project merged?
No. Each case stays separate with its own case number, parties and permissions. The project is only the common bracket.
Does the assistant automatically read all sister cases?
No. It reads summaries of sister cases only after you release them and only for the same client. Without release, each case stays on its own.
Does the project calculate its own deadlines?
No. The project sequence only shows what is in each case's deadline register. You still enter deadlines there.
Can I detach a case from the project again?
Yes, at any time. The case keeps all its documents, deadlines and conversations.
Agents in this workflow
Project chat: reads summaries, facts and documents of the project's cases via the case number, with verified access per case.
Cross-check: places statements from the cases side by side and shows where they contradict or complement each other.
Project sequence: shows deadlines and hearings of all cases in one order, taken directly from the deadline register.
Control & safety
- The assistant reads summaries of sister cases only after you release them and only for the same client.
- Deadlines and hearings come only from the deadline register of each case; the project calculates none of its own.
- Documents excluded from AI stay excluded in the project, and names are masked before reaching the model by default.
