Work on your case in conversation — traceable, in your hands.
History, variants, projects, Word files and exhibits in one place. The assistant proposes and shows what it does; nothing is sent, saved, released or renamed without your click.
Where were we? One sentence, one click.
Long conversations keep a table of contents: the jump list leads to every question, every draft and every branch. “What did we do last?” produces a progress summary from the history – numbered, so you can check every statement.
- Jump list with questions, drafts, branches and document versions.
- The progress summary reaches the case note only with your click – never by itself.
- 1. You asked for a reply to the complaint.
- 2. The draft is in the case as a Word file.
- 3. Open: the exhibit references in section III.
Test a variant without changing the main line.
From any answer you can branch, for example “variant without the alternative claim”. The branch is a conversation of its own with the history so far – on request also with its own variant of the Word document. The origin shows “n branches”, and the case timeline records the branching in one line.
- A branch triggers no analysis and changes no deadline.
- You choose in the case which version becomes the main version.
- Origin: reply (2 branches)
- Own document variant, original unchanged
- In the case timeline: one line, no content
Two proceedings, one overview.
Group cases that belong together into a project, for example interim and main proceedings or claim and counterclaim. The assistant then knows the title and status of the sister cases. It reads their summaries only once you release them – and only for the same client. The project page lists the deadlines and hearings of all cases in one list, the next one first.
- Only you grant the release – by click; the AI may only suggest it.
- The timeline shows only entries from the deadline register and flags hearings on the same day.
- 2 cases · same client · release: titles only
- Next hearing: main hearing · main case
- Note: two hearings on the same day
Your Word file, edited in tracked-changes mode.
The assistant changes the uploaded file paragraph by paragraph; styles and layout remain those of your file. In tracked-changes mode its edits appear as tracked changes by the author “Assistant (AI)” – you accept or reject them in Word. On request “redline + clean” are created as two new documents, and you can review the changes before saving.
- The original stays unchanged; every version can be restored.
- Omissions such as “…” or “unchanged” are rejected, never filled in; an error stops instead of guessing.
- 3 paragraphs changed · author “Assistant (AI)”
- View comparison version 2 ↔ 3
- File redline + clean as two new documents
Do the references match the directory?
A party's exhibits are numbered continuously per instance and side; the default follows the case's legal system and can be switched. The assistant compares the references in the pleading text with the directory: cited but not listed – listed but never cited – gaps and duplicates. The matrix shows the whole series of pleadings side by side, and after you rename an exhibit file a note reminds you to check.
- The check only reads and needs no model call; you confirm every assignment.
- Renaming never triggers an analysis and never changes a deadline; the note is only an offer.
- Lease: K1 in the complaint · K1 in the reply
- Expert opinion: K5 and K9 – different numbers
- Gap in the series: K7, K8
The assistant suggests, you decide.
If you ask the same thing twice, a note says so. “Remember this” saves only after your click. If an answer would be more precise with the sister cases, a release card appears. For large jobs such as “check all 50 exhibits” a work list shows how far the run is – with a stop button. If a job does not fit into one pass, the assistant says so and asks for a second request instead of silently leaving something out.
- No silent sending, saving, releasing or renaming – your click always comes first.
- Even long runs stay traceable: counter, stop and plain text instead of silence.
- 12 of 50 done
- 2 skipped or unreadable
- Stop possible at any time
Does the assistant change my Word files without my involvement?
No. The assistant edits only the Word document you set for the chat, and only on your instruction. Every change is stored as a new version; the original stays unchanged. If you wish, you review the changes before saving.
Does the assistant see the other cases in my project?
It knows the title and status of the sister cases in your project. It reads their summaries only if you release the project for that – and only for the same client. Cases of another client stay separate.
What does it cost?
The assistant's answers count against your monthly allowance; applying a Word change makes no model call. Read-only views such as the project timeline, the exhibit matrix and the check of exhibit references run without a model call.
What happens with very large jobs, such as 50 exhibits?
A work list shows how many steps are done, and you can stop at any time. If the job does not fit into one pass, the assistant says so explicitly and asks you for a second request for the rest – nothing is silently left out.
Which languages and legal systems are supported?
The interface is available in seven languages. Exhibit numbering and the preset country and language follow the legal system and language of the respective case; you can set them differently per case.
Agents in this workflow
Assistant in the case chat: answers questions about the case, keeps the history and progress summary and knows the project your case belongs to.
Word editing: changes your Word file paragraph by paragraph, in tracked-changes mode, and creates versions – the original stays unchanged.
Exhibit check: compares the references in the pleading text with the exhibit directory, without a model call; you confirm every assignment.
Control & safety
- Nothing is sent, saved, released or renamed without your click.
- Deadlines and hearings come only from the cases' deadline register; the workshop neither calculates nor estimates any.
- Cases stay client-separated (RLS). The assistant sees summaries of other cases only after your release, the Lex & Lexi debate only if you chose “Include the parallel proceedings” – in each case only for the same client.
- EU hosting. Names and identifiers can be masked before they go to the language model; you decide on clear text per request, chat or case, and your firm can block it.

Let your case files think along.
