In one sentence
Hearings, pleadings, summonses and package states are in one list; you manage witnesses as participants, and for an evidence topic the AI can, on request, make a suggestion that stays unconfirmed until you decide.
A timeline that does not calculate
The case timeline shows what happened in the proceedings: hearings, pleadings, orders, summonses, expert opinions and package states, including those from the other side and the court. Deadlines still arise only in the deadline register. An event can give rise to a deadline, but only there and never through the timeline itself.
Witnesses and offers of evidence
Witnesses and experts are participants in the case. Only your firm sees the summons address, not the client, not search and not the working file. For an evidence topic the AI makes an offer-of-evidence suggestion when you click. The suggestion is not reviewed, and the price is shown beforehand. You assess burden of proof and evidentiary value; you adopt or discard.
Clients, search, working file
Clients see released attachments and can report an attachment as missing or wrong. Search finds attachments, pleadings, events and witnesses, and the working file includes the proceedings. A status report never goes to the client unchecked.
