Every change to a contract document becomes a new version; earlier versions are kept. You view a version, compare two versions word by word and export the result as a redline PDF, as a Word file with tracked changes or as a clean copy. For each version you see whether and how it went to the client: a release in the client portal or in the editor is recorded automatically, a dispatch by e-mail you note yourself. You record a contract status and, after changes, download a redline package with all changed documents.

One contract package, one status
Main contract, annexes, amendments and individual agreements belong together in one contract package. You set the type of each follow-on document, arrange the order, mark what is signed and generate the combined PDF of the package. The index of annexes with the current version of each document is generated from the order. The “signed” mark is a display only, without legal effect.

Coordination across document boundaries
The package check runs without AI and costs nothing. It reads the extracted texts and shows hints: is there a precedence clause in the contract? Does the main contract name every companion document and every annex? Do the documents say the same about review periods, liability caps, terms or the place of jurisdiction? On click and with a cost line, the AI additionally reconciles the documents and supports every finding with verbatim passages; you prepare follow-up changes yourself. The result is a list of points to review, never a legal statement and never a silent change.

Free-form AI instead of a template shop
In the lawyer area, a contract does not start with a catalog. The contract interview is generated from your briefing, your documents and the conversation, and you type the contract type freely. The consumer area deliberately stays with a fixed list of templates. Templates are hints, not a requirement.

What happens to names and personal data?
The portal is hosted in the EU. Names and identifiers are masked before they are sent to the language model, as far as the portal recognizes them; nobody can promise complete detection. You choose plain text deliberately, your firm can block it, and you can exclude individual documents from the AI entirely. Details are in the privacy policy.
Is there single sign-on (SSO/SAML)?
No. Lawyer accounts sign in with email and password; two-factor sign-in is optional. We do not offer SSO or SAML.
Can I try the features without using real data?
Yes. After you register, you can open the sample case “Contract” with a contract package made of fictitious data. It runs without real data and without AI quota; AI actions are blocked in the sample case.
Does the AI replace review by the lawyer?
No. The AI can make mistakes, and responsibility stays with you. New versions are created only on your instruction, paid AI steps show a cost line beforehand, and check and reconciliation provide hints, not legal statements.

- Names are masked before they reach the language model by default, as far as the portal recognizes them; you choose plain text deliberately, and your firm can block it.
- Two-factor sign-in is optional for lawyer accounts; a read-only mode protects files from unintended changes. Sign-in via SSO or SAML is not available.
- The AI can make mistakes. Responsibility stays with you: new versions are created only on your instruction, and the sample case works without real data.
