Inbox

Your mail arrives – without mailbox access.

You forward e-mails to your personal inbox address or add it in blind copy. In the inbox you sort, file to a matter with one click and, on request, have a summary and a reply draft created. No sign-in with Microsoft or Google, no access to your mailbox.

Inbox

Forward instead of connecting a mailbox

You get a personal inbox address. You forward a single mail, put your outgoing mail in blind copy, and a rule in your mail program handles recurring senders. For clients and courts you can additionally choose a readable firm address. You confirm further sender addresses with a code.

  • Set up free of charge, without signing in to Microsoft or Google
  • Readable firm address and further sender addresses

Filing

Into the matter with one click

When filing, you choose the matter and which attachments go along; the mail itself is saved as an original. The platform makes suggestions without AI – such as a file number in the subject or a reply to a mail already filed – and states the reason. The contents of a ZIP archive are unpacked only when filing and only with the files you selected. The copy in the matter stays even if you delete the mail in the inbox.

  • Suggestions with reasons; filing only after your choice
  • Blocked file types, nested archives and password protection stay out

Summary and reply draft – only when you want it

For a mail you can request a summary: what it is about, which matter might fit and which deadline hints are in the text. It names a date only if it appears verbatim in the mail; everything else appears as a hint without a date. You edit the reply draft and open it in your own mail program or as a file – the platform never sends. You see the cost beforehand; nothing runs by itself.

  • Matter suggestion with reasons, no automatic assignment
  • The arrival date is not a deadline start – you enter deadlines yourself

Spam, fraud and strangers under control

Mails from unknown senders, bounces, auto-replies and newsletters land under “Review” and are not evaluated automatically. A warning band names anomalies – such as a different reply address, a mail about changed bank details, an attachment with a double extension or a shortened link. You block unwanted senders with one click: their mails are never rejected but quietly sorted into the trash and can be brought back. The inbox remembers trusted senders.

  • Warnings are hints, not verdicts – nothing is changed silently
  • Blocking without any bounce to the sender, reversible at any time

Frequently asked questions about the inbox
Do I have to connect my mailbox?

No. You forward mails to your inbox address or add it in blind copy. There is no sign-in with Microsoft or Google and no access to your mailbox. Some IT settings block automatic forwarding – then use single forwarding or blind copy.

Is a mail assigned to a matter automatically?

No. There are suggestions with reasons; filing happens only after your choice. Mails from unknown or conspicuous senders are also not evaluated automatically.

Does the platform send replies for me?

No. The reply draft is created on your click, edited by you and opened in your own mail program or saved as a file. The AI can make mistakes – please check every draft.

What happens to spam and unwanted senders?

Unknown senders land under “Review”. You can block a sender: further mails are not rejected but quietly sorted into the trash for seven days and can be restored. Warnings are hints, not legal statements or verdicts.

Agents in this workflow

Inbox address: receives forwarded mails and sorts bounces, auto-replies, newsletters and unknown senders under “Review” so the inbox stays calm.

AI agent

Summary: summarizes a mail, suggests a matter and names a date only if it appears verbatim in the text – only on your click, with the cost shown first.

AI agent

Warning band and block list: points out forged senders, changed payment details and suspicious attachments or links – deterministic, without AI, as a hint only.

Control & safety

  • No access to your mailbox: the platform only sees what you forward to it.
  • The AI works only on your click and with the cost shown beforehand; matters blocked for AI stay blocked, and names are masked by default.
  • Nothing is ever sent automatically: you open replies in your own mail program. The date a mail arrived is not the start of a deadline – you enter deadlines yourself.
