In one sentence
The assistant guides you through long jobs: with history and progress summary, branches for variants, projects with sister cases, Word editing in tracked-changes mode and a check of your exhibits. Nothing is sent, saved, released or renamed without your click.
History, branches and projects
Long conversations keep a jump list, and “What did we do last?” produces a progress summary that you can take over into the case note. From any answer you can branch off a variant. If two cases belong together, for example interim and main proceedings, you group them into a project: the project page shows the deadlines and hearings of all cases in one list. The assistant reads summaries of the sister cases only once you release them, and only for the same client.
Word and exhibits
The assistant changes your Word file paragraph by paragraph, on request in tracked-changes mode; the original stays unchanged. A party's exhibits are numbered continuously per instance and side, and the matrix shows the whole series of pleadings side by side. The assistant compares the references in the text with the directory, without a model call.
Notes instead of automation
For large jobs a work list shows the progress and can be stopped. If a job does not fit into one pass, the assistant says so instead of silently leaving something out. Deadlines and hearings still come only from the deadline register.
