In one sentence
On top of nearly 33,000 interface texts per language comes a handbook with more than 320 articles, each available in seven languages, more than 2,250 pages in total.
What the handbook covers
- About 125 articles for individuals, the self-employed and companies: uploading documents, understanding deadlines, letters and contracts, law as of the cutoff date.
- About 200 articles for law firms: case file, DMS, deadline register, court proceedings and exhibits, AI agents, client portal.
- Plus the "What's new" entries and the legal texts.
Every article appears in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Polish. With the handbook, the amount of text is considerably larger than the interface itself.
Why it matters
A feature without instructions is no feature for many people. That is why every new feature gets a handbook article before it counts as finished. Whether you work in Warsaw, Milan or Vienna: the explanation is ready in your language.
To the handbook: Help. Previous post: Seven languages, nearly 33,000 texts.
