In one sentence
A contract is now a matter in your file: from a briefing with documents through the interview to the version your client comments on – and every version shows where it came from.
What changes
Until now a contract came out of a chat and a file. Now the “Contracts” tab has one matter per contract:
- Briefing with documents: you say what it is about and choose the documents with their use. Template terms are read verbatim, and so is a link the AI only fetches when you click.
- Question log: every interview question stays with your answer and its basis.
- Versions with origin: from briefing and interview, on your instruction, from the client's feedback, edited in the editor – never guessed.
- Revise clause by clause: only the affected clauses are rewritten, all others stay unchanged character for character. A change view shows before and after.
Client, follow-up contract, dispute
- Your client comments and proposes changes in the Word contract. You collect feedback from all channels per contract in one place and evaluate it on click; only what you choose and confirm is adopted.
- A timeline shows versions, shares, feedback and deadlines.
- A follow-up contract carries over parties and the answers you select. The assistant suggests typical companion documents (for example a DPA or SLA) – as guidance, not as legal advice.
- If it comes to a dispute, you create a dispute file from the contract.
What it does not do
- The AI does not work anything in automatically and sends nothing. Every paid step starts with your confirmation and a cost display.
- The fact check and the suggestions are hints; whether a companion document is needed in a given case is for you to check.
- The AI can make mistakes. Responsibility and liability stay with you.
To try it out there is the sample file “Contract drafting” – view only, at no cost. More in the handbook: Contract workbench and Sample file.
