Inbox: Forward, Sort, and File Emails to a Case

No access to your mailbox – with warning notices

Length: 1:07

What this video is about

You forward emails to your inbox address. In the inbox, unknown senders and newsletters are kept separate under “Review,” a warning band shows changed payment details and suspicious attachments, and “File to a case” takes along the email, attachments, and, if you wish, the contents of a ZIP archive.

All recordings use fictional sample data – no real cases, people or file numbers. AI output can contain errors and does not replace legal advice.

The videos are for illustration and show the German interface with German on-screen text. The portal itself is fully available in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Polish.
