The temptation
"AI, write me an NDA for SaaS beta in DE and AT" — sounds appealing. But: hallucinated clauses, missing mandatory provisions or incorrect jurisdiction clauses can prove very costly.
Our approach
- Contract creation: lawyer-curated templates per country + wizard. You answer questions, we fill the template. The AI helps at most with drafting individual free-text fields — at your request.
- Contract review: this is where the AI excels. Risks, deadlines, unusual clauses, comparison between two versions.
- Response letters: objection, appeal, dunning letter, termination — structured with rule sets, not from the AI's imagination.
