Before each call you choose how it's conducted: To the point (concise, ideal for professionals), Balanced (the default) or Listener (more room, more patience). And because Lexi & Lex know your personal playbook (occupation, legal areas, tone, ongoing matters), you never start from zero.
As long as you need
Every call includes a base duration. Need more time? Enable automatic extension before starting — the call simply continues and is billed per started minute as long as your balance lasts. Without extension the call ends automatically — no additional costs ever apply. The exact price is always shown before you start.
Seamless follow-up
After hanging up you get a structured debrief: your matter, a legal orientation with added value, typical deadlines and risks, and concrete next steps — plus the full transcript. Right below it: deepen as a legal question (pre-filled), create a letter from it (the writing assistant takes over) or find a lawyer (handover with auto-generated briefing). It also works the other way round: after every document analysis you'll find "Talk to Lexi about this" — the call then starts knowing your document: summary, risks, deadlines and open legal questions from the analysis. The same on every answered legal question: "Prefer to talk about it?" starts the call with your question and the written assessment as context.
