Account & credits
Account and credits: balance, costs shown up front, tasks and rewards, plus settings — so you see the cost before every AI action.
All recordings use fictional sample data – no real cases, people or file numbers. AI output can contain errors and does not replace legal advice.
Credits & plan: balance, range and top-up at a glance
The page shows your current balance in credits, the unit of account for AI actions. A note explains that subscription credits arrive every month, package credits once, and that credits do not expire even after a subscription ends. An estimate states how long the balance lasts at your usage of recent days, and the box “Secure free credit” leads to tasks and to referring friends. The price of an action is shown before every confirmation. Via “Withdraw from contract” you declare a withdrawal.
Subscriptions and packages: choose a monthly plan or buy credits once
At the top are four plans to choose from, from Starter via Solo and Pro to Business, with monthly credit and the price per credit; Pro is marked “Recommended”. Higher plans bring, for example, deeper AI reasoning for analysis and chat or a higher daily limit. Below, you can top up credits once without a subscription; a note explains that the price per credit there is higher than in a subscription. Before payment you see a binding order summary and confirm the waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Tasks & rewards: earn free credits step by step
Eight small tasks guide you through the app and bring additional credit, such as the first question in the chat, uploading the first document, having a document analyzed or completing the profile. Each card names the reward in credits, completed tasks are redeemed with “Redeem reward”, and open ones lead via a button straight to the right place. The progress bar at the top shows how many tasks are already done. This way you get to know the most important functions step by step.
Settings: profile, AI settings, security and privacy
At the top you choose between the areas Profile, AI settings, Security, Notifications and Data & account. In the profile, a ring shows how complete your details are; the more the app knows about you, the better salutation, letters and suggestions fit. Under “Identities” you decide in what capacity you appear, as a private person or as a company, for example on invoices and in letters. None of this is mandatory at first start; you can add it at your leisure.
AI style & context: set tone, form of address and notes for the AI yourself
In “AI style & context” you determine how the AI writes and answers for you. You choose tone, risk appetite and preferred answer language, set the form of address used by the AI and store a signature block for your letters. In the field “Notes for the AI” you add short details about your situation or preferences, up to 500 characters. Letters to third parties, such as landlords or authorities, remain formal according to the note, and via “View AI log” you check what the AI has done for you.
Help & wiki: answers for the current page, search and Lexi as contact
The help panel opens on every page from the right and offers quick answers from the wiki. At the top you find Lexi with the button “Discuss with Lexi”; below, a field searches the wiki, and “Articles for this page” shows matching help, in the picture for the contract assistant. Further down are popular topics, such as getting started, the sidebar and the question of how the AI works and what it does not do. This way you find help without leaving the page you are working on.
