In one sentence
Sometimes you don’t need a form or a wizard — just a sentence: “I’d like to cancel my gym membership.” With Lexus, you simply speak your matter — and get a finished, ready-to-send letter back.
How it works
Lexus is a dedicated voice persona for small letters. The flow is deliberately short:
- Open the conversation at /app/voice in Lexus mode and describe your matter freely.
- Lexus asks targeted follow-ups — recipient, dates, what exactly it’s about, by when.
- At the end you confirm in the conversation that the letter should be created.
- Right after the call, the AI builds a structured draft from the transcript and emails it as DOCX and PDF — and it’s waiting in your account under /app/letters.
You don’t type anything or fill in fields. The document is only created once you say yes.
What Lexus is for
Deliberately for small, everyday letters: cancelling a subscription or simple contract, a dunning notice or payment reminder, a short complaint, a simple request, a brief NDA or a short confirmation.
Not for complex or high-stakes contracts (employment, shareholder or M&A matters, commercial leases, multi-layered clause sets). If Lexus recognises your matter is bigger, it honestly stops, points you to the written assistant at /app/assistent — and you pay nothing.
What it costs — and when you don’t pay
The price is fixed before you start (Alpha: 25 credits; the call is capped at a few minutes). It stays fair on failure too: if the matter is too complex, no usable letter results, or generation fails, the credits are refunded automatically. You carry no risk for a failed attempt.
Honest limits
So there’s no misunderstanding: Lexus is a drafting tool, not a lawyer. Every letter carries a clear draft notice. Check the content and deadlines carefully before you send anything — when in doubt, consult a licensed lawyer. Lexus invents no names, amounts or dates: if something is missing, it inserts a clearly marked placeholder instead of guessing. And your data stays protected — the version of the transcript stored in your account is kept PII-masked.
