Firms work on Smart Legal Pro on a subscription: a fixed price per firm with one lawyer included and a monthly allowance of AI units. Further lawyers are added as seats. You pay nothing per individual AI action — the predictable model for solo and small firms.

Lawyers: subscription with quotas

You book a plan and work within its monthly allowance of AI units. If it is not enough, you top up or move to a higher plan — no per-action calculation.

Preliminary prices

We are still evaluating our prices and will adjust them if necessary. A running subscription keeps its price and service until you change or extend your plan; we will then show you beforehand what changes.

All prices are net, plus statutory VAT. The rate depends on your billing address or VAT ID and is shown on the invoice (reverse charge: 0 %).

Quotas and feature scope may change; the figures shown at booking prevail. Referred mandates from the marketplace are free of charge and independent of your plan. Without warranty.

Why an allowance instead of a block?

We do not lock you out in the middle of your work. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI units. When it is used up, you top up as needed or change plan, and within a tolerance you keep working without interruption. Higher plans include many times as many units.

Common pricing questions

Do I pay per AI action?

No. As a firm you work within your subscription's quotas — there is no cent charge per individual AI click. Credits per action are the consumer-side model.

What if a quota runs short?

Then you buy more AI units (one-off packs, without changing your subscription) or move to a larger plan. You are not locked out in the middle of your work. The options and prices are shown live in your portal.

Is there a free way to start?

Yes. You can register your firm for free and start with basic access; you only book a paid subscription once you need more quota or features.
