What you will be informed about
- Replies to law firm inquiries.
- Status changes of your matters.
- Information regarding deadlines.
Which channels you will be informed through
- In the app: under Notifications.
- By email: reminders (e.g., regarding deadlines) and important service messages (Managing & Unsubscribing from Emails).
- Via push notification to your device: optional, can be activated per device (Setting up push notifications).
Setting up what reaches you
You can control what you receive in the Settings – marketing/info emails via the marketing toggle, push notifications via the push section.
This way, you stay up to date without having to check constantly.
