Try it now

In addition to email, you can receive push notifications directly on your device – for example, in the event of replies from a law firm (Kanzlei) or notices regarding deadlines.

How to activate push notifications

  1. Open the settings and look for the push notifications section.
  2. Activate the switch for this device.
  3. Allow the notification when your browser/device prompts you to do so.

Good to know

  • Push is activated per device. If you want to receive them on both your mobile phone and computer, please turn them on on both devices.
  • If you have denied permission in your browser/device, the switch cannot be used again until you allow the permission in your device settings.
  • On some devices/browsers, push is not supported – in this case, you will see a corresponding notice and will continue to use email.
  • Push complements the notifications in the app and the email reminders.

Turning them off again

Simply turn off the push switch in the settings.
