In one sentence
Deadlines can now be cross-checked at the click of a button, and for every case file you can request a coherent strategy recommendation on demand — two targeted upgrades that turn individual AI outputs into a safeguarded workflow.
Second deadline review ("safeguard")
When the document analysis detects a deadline, it lands in the consolidated list of deadlines for your case file. There, for each deadline, you can trigger a second review: the source document is read again, the deadline is derived independently once more and marked as confirmed or corrected — with the start of the period, the end of the period, the jurisdiction, a concrete next step and a brief assessment.
For this we deliberately use a particularly powerful model. Important and unchanged: the second review is also an AI assessment and does not replace a lawyer's deadline control. Missed deadlines can mean the loss of your legal rights — when in doubt, have them checked by a lawyer.
A strategy for the next steps
For each case file, on request, we create a strategy recommendation that brings together facts, document analyses, deadlines and legal questions. Deliberately not a repetition of the analysis you have already read — but prioritisation, opportunities, risks and open decisions. From there you can continue directly: discuss it in the chat, clarify it in a conversation, draft a letter or hand the matter over to a lawyer.
Entering deadlines manually
Not every deadline appears in a document. In your case file's list of deadlines you can now also enter deadlines yourself and delete them again later.
Transparency
Both features are clearly marked as AI, carry a persistent notice and follow our compliance guardrails (the EU AI Act and applicable legal-services rules). Read more on the AI transparency page.
