In one sentence
Sometimes you don't need a form or a wizard, just a single sentence: "I'd like to cancel my gym membership." With Lexus you simply speak your request out loud — and get back a finished, ready-to-send letter.
How it works
Lexus is a dedicated voice persona for short letters. The process is deliberately brief:
- You open the conversation at /app/voice in Lexus mode and describe your request freely.
- Lexus asks targeted follow-up questions — recipient, dates, exactly what it's about, by when.
- At the end you confirm in the conversation that the letter should be created.
- Straight after the conversation, the AI builds a structured draft from the transcript and sends it as a DOCX and PDF by email — at the same time it sits in your account under /app/letters.
You don't have to type anything or fill in any fields. The document is only created once you give the go-ahead.
What Lexus is for
Deliberately for short, everyday letters: cancelling a subscription or a simple contract, a reminder or payment notice, a brief complaint, a simple enquiry, a concise NDA or a short confirmation.
Not for complex or high-stakes contracts (employment contracts, shareholder or M&A matters, commercial leases, intricate sets of clauses). If Lexus recognises that your request is bigger than that, it stops honestly, points you to the written assistant at /app/assistent — and you pay nothing.
What it costs — and when you pay nothing
The price is fixed before you start (Alpha: 25 credits, and the conversation is capped at a few minutes). It stays fair even when things go wrong: if the request is too complex, no usable letter results, or creation fails, the credits are refunded automatically. You bear no risk for an unsuccessful attempt.
Honest limits
To avoid any misunderstanding: Lexus is a drafting tool, not a lawyer. Every letter carries a clear draft notice. Check the content and any deadlines carefully before you send anything — when in doubt, bring in a qualified solicitor or lawyer. Lexus doesn't invent names, amounts or dates: if something is missing, it inserts a clearly marked placeholder rather than guessing. And your data stays protected — the version of the transcript stored in your account is kept with personal data masked.
