Browse Decisions: Court, Year and Citation Frequency
Enlarge imageIn the “Decisions” tab, the library lists judgments and orders under “Most cited” with court, year and type of decision; to the right of each entry it states how often the decision is cited. You narrow down on the left by area of law and search by “Title & citation” or “In the wording”, additionally by court and year. This way you find relevant case law on a topic, and the citation frequency gives you a first orientation as to which decisions are often relied on. The number does not replace your own review of the decision.
