Decision in Full Text: Operative Part, Facts and Citation Aid
Enlarge imageThe detail page of a decision of the Federal Labor Court (Bundesarbeitsgericht) shows court, date, file number, type and area of law, and below it the full text with operative part and statement of facts. On the right are citation aids: the file number and a permalink to copy, and the list of decisions that cite this judgment, arranged by court. With “Take to assistant” you take the decision along into the chat, and “Copy citation” puts the reference on the clipboard. Via “Relationships” you switch the citation list to a graphic.
