Below follow “Often linked” with articles such as AI assistant, agents, DMS and case facts, topic areas such as Getting started or Account & billing, and on the right “Recently updated” and a topic cloud. You search for a term or browse the categories, switch between list and graph and find the answer without asking support. The articles are cross-linked, and from many pages of the portal “Explained in the handbook” leads straight to the matching article.
