Statute Monitors: Get Notified as Soon as a Statute Changes
Enlarge imageThe “Statute monitors” page creates a new monitor at the top: you search for a statute, choose the legal system, decide whether all firm members are notified, and optionally link the monitor to a case. If the wording of the statute changes, you receive a notice via the bell with before and after. This helps you not to overlook changes in the law for ongoing mandates. As its source the page names the consolidated version on gesetze-im-internet.de with an hourly comparison, and the promulgation in the Federal Law Gazette may come earlier; in the image no monitor has been created yet, and BGB, ZPO and RVG are suggested as examples.
