New since 28 October 2026A heads-up before your balance runs out

If your credit is running low, you can top it up at any time. You can view your current balance at the top under Credits.

A notice before your balance runs out

If your balance is running low, a subtle notice "Your balance is running low" appears at the top of the app showing your remaining credits; if your balance is 0, it will state "Your balance is used up". We determine at what number of remaining credits we report it as "running low"; this threshold may change, which is why we do not state a number here. The notice has exactly one action, "Top up credits", and states the rule: You see the price before every purchase, and the charge is only processed after your confirmation. The credit display in the header changes color at the same threshold. With "Hide notice", you can close it for the day; if the situation worsens (from "running low" to "used up"), it will appear again. The notice does not change your balance and never triggers a transaction itself.

How to top up

  1. Open Credits.
  2. Select a credit package or a plan (see Subscription and plans).
  3. Confirm the order overview.
  4. Pay securely via the checkout. The credit will then be available immediately.

The exact price per package can always be seen live on the Credits page and on the pricing page – we deliberately do not state fixed amounts here.

Plan or individual purchase?

  • A plan provides regular credits and, if applicable, discounts (Subscription and plans).
  • An individual purchase tops up your balance once, without any ongoing commitment.

Redeeming vouchers

If you have a code, you can redeem it directly under Credits. Redeemed vouchers will appear in your overview.

After the purchase

You will receive an invoice – on the Credits page and automatically via email (see Invoices and receipts). How actions are billed is explained in Credits and Prices and costs.
