Exporting My Data (GDPR)

Download all data stored in your account as a structured JSON file.

Try it now

You have the right to receive your data. You can export everything in a bundled format via the settings.

How to proceed

  1. Open the settings.
  2. Go to the GDPR/Data Protection section.
  3. Select "Export Data (JSON)".
  4. You will receive a JSON file containing all the data stored in your account – including your profile, details about your documents, analyses, and letters, as well as leads, chats, and your credit transactions.

And the document files themselves?

The JSON export contains the data and references to your documents, not the uploaded files themselves. You can download the actual files (PDF, photos, DOCX) individually from My documents (Viewing documents (viewer)).

When this is useful

  • For your own filing or backup.
  • Before a planned account deletion.
  • If you wish to continue using your data outside of the platform.

Additionally, you can export your credit history separately as a CSV file (Where can I see my expenses?). Read more about your rights in Data Protection & Where Your Data is Stored.
