Managing & Unsubscribing from Emails
Which emails you receive, how to unsubscribe from marketing, and what you will continue to receive.
Smart Legal Pro sends two types of emails – important service messages and (optional) informational/marketing emails. You have control over both.
Service Emails
These include, for example, invoices (Invoices & Receipts), confirmations of receipt, deadline reminders, and replies to support tickets. These are part of the usage and will continue to be sent.
Marketing/Info Emails
Whether you wish to receive such emails is controlled via the marketing switch in the settings.
Unsubscribing with One Click
At the end of every marketing email, you will find an unsubscribe link. You can use this to confirm your unsubscription; a repeated confirmation shows you that you are already unsubscribed.
Reminders & Push
You can control deadline and status reminders via the notifications; additionally, there are push notifications to your device.
