Getting started takes only a few minutes. This page guides you step-by-step through registration, onboarding, and your first actions.

How to proceed

  1. Create an account. Register with your email address. You will receive a confirmation email – your account will only be active after you click the link.
  2. Complete onboarding. During your first login, we will ask you a few questions.
  3. Open the workspace. Afterwards, you will land in your workspace – the central hub for everything else.
  4. Start your first action. The fastest way to make progress is to upload a document or describe your matter.

What is requested during onboarding

Among other things, we ask whether you are using the platform for private or business purposes and in which country you are located. This helps the AI to provide tailored assessments – law is country-dependent.

You can change all of this at any time later – see Private or Business and Manage Account.

The workspace at a glance

Your workspace is roughly divided into:

  • Matters / Case files – each topic gets its own process (Case Files and Matters).
  • AI Help – chat, legal questions, language.
  • Create – letters and contracts.
  • Account – credits, settings, referrals.

Why is onboarding worth it?

The better the AI knows your country and your context, the more accurate the initial assessment will be. A question regarding German tenancy law (Mietrecht) is answered differently than one regarding Austrian tenancy law.

Taking over a free check or demo from before registration

If you tried a free check or a demo (question or draft) before registering, this result is bound to the browser in which you started it. Please therefore open the confirmation link in the same browser, or sign in afterwards in that browser. If you open it in a different browser or on another device, the result is not taken over for security reasons – this way, nobody who sees the link can pull your document or your question into their account. You will then see a notice and can upload the document again in your account under My documents, or start the question or draft again; as always, you see the cost in advance (Where do I see what something costs before I start?).

What the AI can and cannot do is explained in How the AI Works. How to proceed concretely afterwards is described in Analyze Document and Gather Facts of the Case.
