Invoices & Receipts
Where you can find invoices, credit notes, and exports for your accounting.
For accounting and receipts, you will find everything bundled under credits.
Invoices
- For every purchase, there is an invoice as a PDF.
- For each invoice, an e-invoice in XML format (XRechnung/ZUGFeRD) is also available for download – practical for accounting and ERP systems. The PDF itself already contains the e-invoice data embedded (ZUGFeRD).
- Invoices are also automatically sent by email.
- You receive invoices and credit notes in your account language (German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Polish). Amounts, number and mandatory details are identical in every language; the e-invoice (XML) is language-neutral.
Credit Notes
Refunds and corrections are documented as a credit note with its own number range and are also available as a PDF. When refunds occur is explained in refunds.
Exporting Credit History
You can export your complete consumption and top-up history as a CSV – practical for filing. Details: viewing costs.
Billing Address & Identity
Letterhead and billing data follow your active identity. You can manage multiple identities (private, company) in the settings – see private or business.
Billing Address & Billing Details
- The recipient on the invoice appears exactly as you have saved it under your billing details (name, company name for businesses, address, and VAT ID if applicable). Before a purchase, we will prompt you for any missing information.
- Private individuals can select “Ohne Rechnungsadresse fortfahren” for amounts up to €250 gross. In this case, only your name will appear on the receipt (small-amount invoice according to § 33 UStDV). We record this decision in our log. Companies require the address (and, for input tax deduction, the VAT ID if applicable) and cannot use this option.
- Changes to your billing details apply to future invoices. Invoices that have already been issued remain unchanged.
- If a name or address on an invoice is incorrect or missing, please contact support: We will correct the information under the same invoice number — with the date and amounts remaining unchanged. The corrected invoice will include a note with the date of correction; the previous version and every correction remain stored and traceable.
