Why it matters
A system with many clever individual functions is only as good as the points where they meet. That is exactly where the dangerous gaps appear: a deadline no one reminds you of; a corrected document the AI never notices; a flood of notes no one reads anymore.
Three closed seams
- Deadlines reach the lawyer. When the Co-Pilot or you record a deadline or follow-up date in a case file, the system reminds you in good time by email and push — you, as the lawyer, with a direct link into the case file. Until now, deadlines recorded this way went without any reminder; this was the most critical gap, because a missed deadline carries liability.
- New versions feed in automatically. When you replace or correct a document with a new version, the Co-Pilot treats it like a new document: it updates the facts graph, spots corrections and reports the consequences. Previously, only an entirely new document triggered the analysis.
- One document, one briefing. When an incoming document triggers several findings — a change, a contradiction, a gap, a legal implication — the Co-Pilot inbox bundles them into one expandable note instead of five separate cards, with "Mark all as done" in a single click.
Staying honest
