What it's about
"14-day deadline" is not a date. What matters is when the letter actually reached you — and which rule governs how the deadline runs. The new module makes this step explicit instead of leaving it to the AI.
What's new
- Date of receipt as a mandatory field. When you upload a document, the system asks: "When did the letter reach you?" — with a brief explanation of why this matters (deemed-service rules, weekends, public holidays).
- Plausibility check. We automatically check whether the calculated deadline is consistent with the rule cited — if there is a conflict, the suggestion is flagged rather than adopted blindly.
- Reminders. 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry you receive a message — by email and in the app, with a calendar attachment (ICS).
- Visible countdown. The remaining days are shown in colour — neutral, amber when under 7 days, red when under 48 hours.
