Deadlines, follow-ups and the client loop: your case file thinks ahead for you

Four new stages so nothing slips through the cracks: a single deadline register with escalating reminders (7/3/1 days by email and push), a Co-Pilot that picks up long-dormant files on its own, a client request that visibly closes when the document arrives, and bundled Co-Pilot briefings now in the global inbox too.

In one sentence

Deadlines now live in one place and remind you in stages, the Co-Pilot flags dormant files on its own, and a client request closes visibly — without you having to chase anything.

A deadline register instead of scattered notes

Every case file now has a deadline register: all deadlines and follow-ups in one place — proposed by the AI agent, entered manually or detected from a document. Reminders escalate: by default 7, 3 and 1 day before the deadline, by email and push, to you as the lawyer, with a direct link into the file. The closer the deadline, the more urgent — but only one reminder per stage. That closes the most dangerous gap, because a recorded deadline no longer disappears unnoticed.

The system flags dormant files on its own

Cases can run for years. If a file with a fact graph sits idle for a longer period, the Co-Pilot picks it up proactively: status, next step, open deadlines — as a single prompt, at most about once a month. No nagging, but no forgetting either.

The client loop closes visibly

If a document is missing, the Co-Pilot suggests a client request. When the client uploads the document, the request is automatically marked as done, the document flows into the fact graph — and if that closes an open gap, the Co-Pilot says so. That way you can follow the whole path without gaps: gap, request, arrival, closed.

One document, one briefing — everywhere

Bundling several findings about a single document into an expandable briefing now also applies in the global agent inbox, not just within the individual case file.

Staying honest

This remains an assistance system: it reminds, picks up and bundles — deadline monitoring and legal assessment remain the lawyer's responsibility. More on this: AI transparency.
