State of Knowledge of the Case: Checked Facts, Contradictions, Open Points
Enlarge imageThe box “State of knowledge of this case” summarizes in figures how far the fact base has come: how many facts you have checked or pinned, how many are still open, to be reviewed or to be clarified, plus confirmed and unchecked relationships, contradictions and suggestions for parties. Below, the case names the documents from which no fact has yet been obtained and shows a document excluded by the AI separately. In the “Tidy up the case file” block you decide on open duplicates. A note explains that “Source found” is only the AI’s comparison with the document and that a fact counts as checked by you only once you confirm it.
