Next Steps: Decisions, Deadlines and Suggestions for the Case
Enlarge imageThe “Next steps” tab collects what in the case is waiting for a decision: follow-up questions from an agent that you answer with yes, no or your own answer, and deadline suggestions that you approve or reject. Below are the open deadlines, suggestions for tidying up duplicate facts and AI suggestions with confidence indicated. The note “Nothing is carried out without your decision” makes clear that nothing is entered without your confirmation. With the “Stop” option you halt an agent. See also the cockpit, which puts the most important action first.
