Time travel: the state of the case file on an earlier cutoff date

The cutoff date in the case history shows which facts were known at an earlier point in time – a read-only view that changes nothing.Enlarge image

In the case history, you select the “Cutoff date” tab at the top and then an earlier state of the case file, here the initial assessment from the start of the file. Below it appears the state at the chosen point in time: the facts that were known back then, each with the document it comes from. This lets you trace what was on record at the time of a decision or a deadline and what only came later. The view is read-only, so nothing in the case file changes.

All recordings use fictional sample data – no real cases, people or file numbers. AI output can contain errors and does not replace legal advice.
