Transfer invoice data into the case file facts – only after your confirmation

From a checked e-invoice, you transfer amount, due date and parties into the case file as facts – each value with its field identifier.Enlarge image

“Transfer to case file facts” first shows what would be written to the case file: invoice number, invoice date, due date, net, tax, gross and payable amounts, invoice issuer and recipient, VAT ID, IBAN, buyer reference and payment terms. Each value carries the field identifier from the standard, such as BT-9 for the due date, and the dialog states how many facts are new and how many have already been transferred. Only your confirmation writes the facts into the case file with the source “E-invoice”, without AI and without quota. The program derives no deadlines from the values.

All recordings use fictional sample data – no real cases, people or file numbers. AI output can contain errors and does not replace legal advice.
