Record a meeting: recording and transcript right in the case file
Enlarge imageIn the “Record online meeting” dialog, you paste the link to a Teams or Google Meet meeting, or the whole invitation, and set the date, start time, title and the language of the announcement. A recording agent joins the meeting, records the audio and stores the recording and transcript in this case file. Before the start, you must confirm that all participants have been informed and agree to the recording; the dialog points out that recording without consent is a criminal offence (§ 201 StGB, German Criminal Code) and that audio and video recordings of a court hearing are prohibited. The recording credit is shown at the bottom of the dialog.
