Proceedings: Instance, Pleadings and Course of a Case
Enlarge imageThe “Proceedings” tab of the case shows the instance with court and file number at the top, below it the pleadings: statement of claim, the opposing side’s statement of defense and reply, each with date and status, for the claim for example “Filed”. Below, the proceedings timeline combines pleadings, events, deadlines, package states and instances in one list, without AI costs. Pleadings detected during screening appear only as a suggestion and enter the register only when you adopt them. The deadline register continues to manage deadlines, and the notes on the next pleading give no date.
