Share with the client on the smartphone

On the smartphone, the share dialog uses the full width: at the top is the recipient from the case file, below it the four levels with a short explanation and the field for the note. The chosen level is clearly marked, and the buttons are large enough for a thumb. This lets you release a draft even straight after a phone call. As on a computer, the client works on a copy.
