Exhibit Matrix: Which Exhibit Is Used in Which Pleading

The matrix compares the case’s exhibits and pleadings: which exhibit is in which pleading, and where a file is still missing. This way you keep complaint, response and reply in view together.Enlarge image

The exhibit matrix compares the exhibits of the case with the pleadings: rows are the documents, columns for example complaint, statement of defense and reply, and the cells hold the respective exhibit number. A notes column marks irregularities, such as placeholders without a file, a switch shows only the irregularities, and the matrix can be exported as CSV. This way you keep track across several pleadings of which exhibit is used where. According to the note, the matrix is an overview and not a review.
