Exhibits and Reference Check: Missing Exhibits and File Names at a Glance
Enlarge imageIn the second step the dialog checks the references in the pleading against the exhibit register. It reports, for example, when the text names an exhibit that is missing from the register or when there is no file yet for an exhibit; a placeholder page is then created in the package. It also suggests aligning the file names in the case with the exhibit numbers, and you choose which files are renamed. The current version is checked, also after changes in Word or in the editor.
