AI Budget per Lawyer and Inviting Colleagues
Enlarge imageThe “AI budget per lawyer” area shows each member’s use in the current period; without a budget, everyone shares the firm’s quota. A budget limits only one person’s share and does not increase the firm’s quota; at 80% of the budget the person and the administration receive a notice, and once it is used up, the person cannot use the AI until it is raised or the next month, while cases, documents and deadlines remain accessible. This way you keep the team’s use in view. Below, you invite colleagues by email with a role, set the maximum duration of the inactivity sign-out and choose how the platform reacts when the quota runs low.
