Moot Court: AI Actions for Prognosis, Opponent Reaction and What-If
Enlarge imageTo the right of the course of proceedings are the AI actions of the simulation, for example “Draft complaint”, “Update prospects of success” with pro/con analysis, “Simulate opponent reaction” and “Simulate judicial order”. For what-if scenarios, suggestions such as a settlement offer or a deviating witness statement offer a quick start, and you type your own question freely. Further down follows the strategic advisor with recommendations for next steps. The simulation helps think through courses of proceedings in advance; the results are practice material.
