Moot Court: Name the Parties and Choose Your Own Role
Enlarge imageIn the “Parties” step you name plaintiff and defendant and can add a description for each. Under “Your role” you decide whether you represent the plaintiff’s side or the defendant’s side; the AI then takes over court and opposing side. With “Next” you reach the summary, with “Back” you correct earlier steps. This way you prepare the proceedings from your point of view before the simulation starts.
