Setting up a moot court proceeding begins with jurisdiction and type of proceedings. Available are civil, criminal, administrative, labor and family proceedings, among others, each with the typical course in one line, for example complaint, statement of defense and exchange of pleadings up to the judgment. A step bar at the top shows the five steps: type of proceedings, instance, jurisdiction, parties and summary. You play through the proceedings against an AI judge and an AI opposing side, as practice material.
