Moot Court: Court, Amount in Dispute and Economics Shape the Prognosis

Court name, chamber, region, amount in dispute, settlement offer, cost risk and collectability are optional – they control how the prospects-of-success estimate factors in the economics of the proceedings.Enlarge image

In the “Jurisdiction & economics” step you can, if you wish, enter court name, chamber and region as well as amount in dispute, currency, settlement offer, cost risk on losing and collectability. All fields are optional; they control how the prognosis factors in the economic viability of the proceedings. A note under the collectability field explains the scale from zero to one: one stands for secure solvency, and below it the enforcement risk rises. The more you state, the better the prognosis can take your situation into account, and it remains a suggestion to review.
