For the second, the page asks “Did you receive mail from the court?”; you select the letter from your documents or upload it anew and start “Detect”. This creates a defense proceeding; the text expressly reminds you to watch the deadline and links to an explanation in the wiki. A box above makes clear that it is a self-help tool without legal advice and representation and that in cases of mandatory legal representation it refers you to lawyers.
