Terms & Conditions for Consumers (B2C)
Consumer terms that handle the right of withdrawal correctly — for an online shop, digital content or services, without an outdated EU platform reference.
These terms are intended for contracts with consumers under German civil law (§ 13 BGB) — separate from our B2B terms, with completely different mandatory content. The wizard steers the right of withdrawal by offer type: physical goods, digital content without a physical carrier, or a service — each with the correct expiry rule. Complemented by contract formation, price disclosures, the mandatory 2-year warranty and the required notice on consumer dispute resolution under § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

For complex fields such as the scope of services or the purpose, you can request a suggestion via the sparkle button — the suggestion stays editable before it enters the contract.
Once created, you can hand the contract to a suitable lawyer from our network with one click — including full text and metadata.
These terms summarize the statutory right of withdrawal, but do not replace the separate withdrawal instructions with a model withdrawal form that must be provided before the contract is concluded. For regulated product categories, international consumers outside the EU, or AI-supported automated individual decisions, we recommend legal review.
Our templates are ready-made documents that you adapt to your case. They are not legal advice and do not replace a review by a lawyer; we give no guarantee of correctness, completeness or up-to-dateness. Use is at your own responsibility.
